The SSGM Team
Darrell Ford, Owner
Darrell is a graduate of Boston State University! After spending 35+ years between the fishing industry and as Director of Operations in the trash/recycling industry, Darrell was in search of a company with the same morals and values he has. Long story short, Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys cleaned his gutters and performed their famous 10 Point Inspection. The rest is history, South Shore Gutter Monkeys was born and Darrell will now have the quality of life and business he always wanted.

Cindi Ford, Owner
Cindi has been in management in the corporate world for 35+ years and selling Real Estate for 13 of those years. I co-hosted a Realty radio show on WATD 95.9 for many years. I was always looking for great guests who I could refer to our clients. I wanted companies who offered exceptional service. I had called Barbara from Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys to schedule a gutter cleaning at my home, she had me at, “Hello..”! I knew they were a great fit so I invited the owners to go on-air. We hit it off instantly and I absolutely fell in love with their business model and mission statement. Dennis and Andy were looking to expand their business “over the bridge”! I immediately thought of Darrell, we all met during a snow storm in 2017, a partnership was born and the rest is history.

Rick Merriam, Director of Operations
Rick started out on the ladders cleaning gutters before assuming the operational aspects of South Shore Gutter Monkeys. Between dispatching crews in the field, managing I.T. infrastructure and keeping the office running smoothly, Rick can be heard on the phones helping homeowners understand who we are and what we do. A native of Plymouth, Rick is an avid musician and gamer, and all around information/technology/history junkie.

Kimberly Ford, Office Manager
My name is Kim Ford, I attended The University of Alabama and then graduated from The University of Connecticut where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Public Relations. In my free time I pet every dog I see, watch horror movies, read and can usually be found in the gym.

Tim Worley, Carpentry Specialist
Tim worked for Gillette for 30 years. He has resided in Pembroke for the last 28 years where he and his amazing wife Carol raised their two beautiful daughters. Tim is a master carpenter and pretty much there isn’t anything he can’t do. He loves riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.
